Scaling Smarter from Day One

When Jamie Marciniak founded Electrify Me, his goal was to help homeowners across Australia and the UK access clean, efficient energy solutions—starting with education, government rebates, and the installation of solar panels, hot water systems, induction cooktops, and more. But as a fast-moving startup, he needed to scale his team rapidly, without sacrificing quality or control.
